I think its the judge whos stupid.
Yeah pot is illegal, but why? He says he had a few crumbs in a bag and a cop who probably had his head up his ass thought the kid was gonna somehow harm somebody at the school with a little weed.
Alcohol kills way more than weed. I still like both though

Oh and 2 years suspension thats nuts bro. I tried to outrun a cop on the highway when I lived in cleveland, in my E30, He gunned me speeding in a work zone so, I decided to go faster and hope he wasnt actually gonna pull out and follow me. well, he did and by the time I exited the highway, pulled into the back of a hotel and parked, there were 4 cruisers whipping into the lot. My lawyer got the judge to not suspend my lisence as long as I plead guilty to resisting arrest, which got me 11 days in cleveland county jail.

There is no field test for being high off dro, and if it was just crumbs he doesn't have enough to get you, they need enough to positively ID it as marijuana (either a test on the plant needs to be run or a bud). Just being in a bag doesn't mean anything, trace amounts of a green or purple material can't get you caught up. You are innocent until proven guilty, next time plead the 5th and let them prove it isn't parsley. If this voids some form of parole or probation chug a lot of cranberry juice with vitamin C pills ground up in it, along with lots of water (especially right before the piss test). You'll be pissing like crazy but you will be clean within hours if you really need to be.
