If I knew the guy, knew he operated the crane high regularly, then yes.
I'm willing to bet 90% or better of bus drivers, are high. and I bet 50% aren't high off weed.
I think most other drugs are stupid. Most of the safe ones, are illegal, most of the dangerous ones are legal.

Let me spin it another way it is well know that weed reduces your reaction time, what if said bus driver was on a mountian road while it is raining? There are a million reasons why he may lose control even if you are not high. He may or probably wont be able to regain control you may just very well go over the edge and die. But I supose I could come up with a million situations.

Dose not matter which way you put it being high at work maybe drangerous but will not help you be productive. I design roads if I was high I would probably miss half of the shit I need to do and probably lose my job.

i was young and stupid in NJ once too. dude, you should have NEVER gone to court without representation.

Also, if this is your first offense you will get a CDS (conditional discharge) and walk unscathed. expect about 800-1000 in fines though. AND DONT DO IT AGAIN.

Throughout the years I have become very familiar with the NJ court system.

You should be glad you are a minor, you can get this expunged under CDS if you stay out of trouble for a year

Those school zone laws suck. No that it is a concern for me anymore, but there are so many elementary schools in my town that you would be hard pressed not to be in a 1/4 mile of a school. Plus, the only place cops set up for traffic stops during the day is in said zones so they get the 20mph speeders.

Haha I agree there are situations that it would probably be dumb to do. I haven't and probably won't ever go to work high. I am a stoner fanboy and would MUCH rather have weed be legal and alcohol illegal. OPs story about how he got caught was being stupid.
