      i3 is a super city (electric) vehicle with a carbon fiber chassis

      i8 (Vision Efficient Dynamics concept) is a 3 cylinder turbo diesel hybrid awd 2+2

              wait till you hear the price tag...

              every car has it's purpose, catering to fanatics of e30's is not in any of BMW's concerns

                                      +1, there is always going to be a buyer for it or else they wouldn't make it. It's not like this is the future of BMW or anything, it's just to fill a certain niche.
