Help me decide between 3 car's to buy Update on car A:

Well wanting to do some track days, etc is what's kindda killing the cabrio vote.

umm..i have seen cabrios doing track days... can we say daves old mtech2 cabby... and for scca autoX, u can totally run a cabby, mark gold runs his lagun 318ic...

must be different rules where you live. here in gods country you cant go near a track with a cabrio. autox yes but not the track

That bearing aint done yet??!!... Geez I may have to come down there this week end to finish it for ya and get tranny etc for the conversion ;)

I'd never buy a high mileage early model E36, and I wouldn't want a 4 cylinder cabrio either, so I guess the autotragic 325i.

Well I just got back from checking out car A
The milage has incresssed to 114K
After crawing down to check out the body I found that the rear valance has good chunk o rot pretty possitive it's from bad trunk seal as I found a puddle in the jack well. Its the only rust/rot othe then small bubble on trunk lid.
The owners a pretty nice ol man that says it's gotta go..

PRICE chopped to "would love to get $2200, But just tell me you want it and we can dicker"

why's it gotta have that O so rare glass sunroof.................

I'll have to take another look at dat 325i of yours.....last time I just wasn't feelin it :oops: It just may be an option. For a real good deal maybe I'can budget in a engine conversion too.
I'm gonna stop and check out the drop top agin in the morning.......
