What does r3vlimited mean?

It's from the previous site owner. This forum is generally overflowing with kids who can hardly drive. In reference to the general forum populace and a play on the forum name, wrecking a car by careless/senseless/reckless driving was henceforth referred to as a "r3v."

But that would imply "r3v" meaning wreck a car came before the name r3vlimited.
