Lol I do get out, just didn't make the connection like I posted above. Also this was my first forum, so when I joined 56k really wasn't an issue for anyone anyway.

That's lame. I always thought it was car related, ie 56k miles or something. I knew about the modem and all, but modem =/= cars.

I think it's because E30s have a rev limiter or your rpm only goes a 5k or 6k until you put a chip in and you can shift at 7k.
