In reference to the general forum populace and as a play on the forum name, wrecking a car by careless/senseless/reckless driving was henceforth referred to as a "r3v."

I described the origin of the term "r3v" as a play on the forum name (and a reference to the moron drivers that post their wrecks). Also, "henceforth" means to establish from that point on. Everything in that sentence implies that the forum name existed before the slang term "r3v."

interestingly enough, you and i have been on r3v for about the same time. i should have created an account back then. never bothered creating an account since i only used r3v for reference. my gf had the e30. still regret it. :(
