    New Guy frm TX

hey i found this site from www.e30sport.net i just bought a gold 1991 325i Convertible. It is an automatic funs fine and with only a few cosmetic blemishes plus a missing front lip. It is pretty loud which i didnt expect. Fast after 2nd or 3rd gear, (dependant on the tempurature) it has the basket weave wheels which are a bitch to clean so i plan on switching to some 16's or 17's. My plans are wheels, angel eyes or ellipsoids, minimum lowering from whichever company lowers the least. im so glad i found this site it is exactly like the site i use for my other car which is a 2001 Galant www.thegalantcenter.net but anyway yeah so far im loving this car so thats me just letting you know who i am, ill have my pics up soon hopefully, just gotta find my camera.

Get 16's... 17's with the least amount of lowering = terrible looking 8)

don't do the angel eyes they are meant for e30's, go with some ellips, or some euro ellips.

By the way we are straight shooters on this board, and maybe cynical

I used to be or I guess still am a member of thegalantcenter.net forums and it only took me a short period of time to realize that Mitsubishi Galants are strickly grocery getters so I use mine for daily driving only and business travel.

Once you educate yourself a little better on E30's you'll realize what a mistake trying to mod a Mitsu Galant is. After some time in the galant center forums I pretty much gave up. Most of the stuff people have on there is rice and the kill stories on there are such a joke.

This place is 10 times more educational and mature than the people you meet on that forum. Plus an E30 is SO much more fun to drive and is much easier to work on and mod yourself when comparing cost to performance. If there were a chip that would allow those fools in the galant center forums to gain 15+ hp they would probably sell for $500+ each.

EDIT: I forgot about that new intro.. it's SO funny!

why do you want a minimum of lowering?
