The Kelly blue book on regular verts is around 3500, which doesn't mean much to us, but I don't see your insurance giving you much more than that if something were to happen to it.

You can try using that to talk him down a bit.

I do, and I got it for only $1,500 but it has almost 250k miles, is auto, and it needed A LOT of work just to get running and smogged, plus the top was no good. Throw in refreshing the suspension and cosmetics like wheels and, and I'm getting close to your price. And mine could use a new paint job, though you can't tell in this pic.

You know a few months back there was a kid asking what his mom's car was worth and it was a silver M tech that looked JUST like this one! hmmmm. BTW, it's missing it's M tech badges and door sills. A good question to ask would be why?

Julien yeah I remember seeing yours on bimmerforums and then on ebay. I've always wanted to ask you if you made any of the cosmetic repairs that the the car needed before selling it on ebay. $6500 really makes me feel good about buying mine at $7.

RecycledTeen Yes I did buy it. I see from your profile you might be the guy that put VW interlagos interior into your e30 (unless you bought it from him). Your a big part of the reason I got an mtech. I always have liked the interior of mtechs and really wanted to put plaid into a regular vert until I saw how much time and money went into yours. Then I decided it would probably just be cheaper to throw in an extra 2k and get an mtech. So thank you!
