I had thought about painting my wheels with clear glow-in-the-dark paint over the top of the normal paint, Then put UV LED's in the fender wells to make it glow even better at night. Never did though.

Would be pretty awesome if you could adjust the light intensity to change according to your speed, so the faster you go/ (wheel rpm) the brighter it would get.
having a single one like that, but in red, on the rear wheel of a bike would be sick. if it started glowing the more you gunned it.

Anything that decreases performance makes me shake my head and laugh under my breath. However, if you like it, cool. It's an overweight beast of a machine anyway....
