odometergears.com are inferior to the other alternate shit ones out there. and i was simply stating that the price he is charging is very cheap, you can't go wrong. of course you can still do it yourself, just bare in mind that you might run into a problem whereas mike has installed so many, he can get these things installed within 10min without failure or issues. no need to argue about that.

they are made out of acetal plastic, nothing special

just a good type of plastic that eliminates the need for lubrication and is used in alot of componentry,

that and doing it yourself isnt hard and you gain knowledge about your speedo.
