Which one to use? PICS?

I need to remove some surface rust from my floor pans and need something that won't disintegrate too quickly. I have used the nylon wire wheels before and they last quite a while but i saw a 3M rust and paint stripping wheel, it is black and really rough and attaches to your drill also and can be bought as a single wheel or double thick. it is cheaper then the nylon wheels so I am just wondering if anybody has used the 3M one and the nylon ones and which is better. Thanks for your input, just want to get it done fast and to buy the best one.

Also, i have a grinder with cut off wheel to get rid of nasty rust, do they make anything smaller, other then a dremel, that has a cut off type wheel and isnt run off a compressor, so i can do more precise work?

I always used the 3m style one, works fine and actually isnt that harsh if you are careful

I've always usd a wire wheel on my drill for removed rust. Never tried the nylon and if it's just surface rust would probably work fine.
