      i just crossed over to the dark side and pick up a 2.5rs for a winter beater, now i have time and a 4500 dollar budget to restore the ix :D:D:D

        Got a 91 wrangler that's been here (Chicago) all of its life and shows just a little surface rust in 3 places, frame and floors are solid. These things are usually rust buckets. Its a miracle. :-) I would never subject my e30 to a winter, unless its an IX. Drove an e36 318is on blizzacks one winter and got stuck so bad I ruined by diff. Never again will I drive RWD in winter. I know e30's don't got traction control either.
        I want a nice set of smoked MHW's (I know, get it line)

            Wash it a lot, at least once a week. Undercarriage wash is very important.
