    Need some epoxy to bond.....

Hi guys I need some Epoxy or some type of guel to bond some PVC to some Aluminum, the joint mainly needs to be air tight and at most hold 6 lbs. I tried some JB-weld and it worked but it won't flow well enough to make it into the crevis of the part. So I need something that will flow well into a tiny spot before it sets up. Any suggestions?

Try Plumber's Goop, i used it on my old intake setup (no boost though). It bonds to a bunch of stuff, just make sure to clean and rough up both surfaces really well. You can buy it at Home Depot.

I tried some Pipe cement and it bonds great to the PVC but won't bond well to the Aluminum and breaks off when some pressure is put on it, maybe I'll try some of that plumber goop. I need something that will also withstand constant movement and wistand a twisting motion. The pipe cement bonded good but wouldn't hold against the twisting motion.

Have you tried just regular 2 part epoxy?

          What exactly are you gluing?

I tried Liquid nails also but it wasn't liquedy enough to flow into the crevice. I might try that Gorrila glue stuff. So far I've glued them together three times and it keeps breaking.
I'm trying to glue those two items together. Due to the angle of the PVC there is not much room to get the glue in. I would put glue around the edges then stick the pvc in but then the glue runs down and will interefer with what the part will be doing. Don't worry I'll tell you guys what it's for latter.
