i am not trying to be a grouch, but this may just be an issue to be taken to somebody closer to you... my brother had some kind of a bug like this and it took 10 hours at a shop to figure it out... it was a shorted radio cable... yikes..
also, please check alternator output and battery static charge levels... these could also affect stuff... if the battery's electromotive force is below par... it may act up like you are describing...sigpic

Who cares if the radio/wipers/whatever is fucked if it has no radiator and you can't drive or start it? Start with big problems that keep the car from RUNNING, & then move on to the little ones.
