    DDM Tuning

Was just shown this by a good friend of mine. Found it interesting and thought I'd share. Was wondering what others had to say/weigh in on the situation as well as their experience with DDM Tuning. I am not creating this thread to bash this vendor, but to get a better idea of how many of r3v members have dealt with DDM and if they even knew this about them?

      fail link.

anyway, im pretty happy with my ddm tuning product. i guess i dont care too much about the accuracy of the kelvin of my headlights as long as they illuminate the road ahead of me far better than normal bulbs.

and they're cheap as shit. $40? that's basically what a set of normal headlight bulbs cost at autozone.

      those coilovers though... ouch.

        dude your a year late.

Anyways Ive never had a issue with DDM, only that Ive bought tons of their HID kits. A year ago it was being ran by ppl who fucked everything up. DDm has cleaned its self up. Ive bought over the years maybe 6 hid kits and only once had to have the bulbs replaced due to fading.

Ive never had an issue with any of my DDM kits. Even if I did, they are very quick to reply. If you called them today and asked them about the coilovers, even themselves would advise against using them...this shows posistive growth in a good company.

Good to know. Thanks everyone! Thats why I asked, didn't want to not give a company a chance who I've also read seems to be legit for the price. :)

I got a 5000k (low) and 6000k (high) hid kit from DDM. I can tell the difference between the bulbs. IIRC they came labeled too

Hey what kit do you guys run? The 55w or 35w? sorry for newb question, but plan on ordering a set, and wonder what wattage everyone else is running? Plan on going 8k or 10k? Any recommendations on bulbs in terms of there overall output in color (will be in a Ellipsoid)? Don't want this shit purple, so thats why I ask.

Why 8k/10k? 55w is what you want.

                            edit: I have 55w 5000k....
