Why 8k/10k? 55w is what you want.

Want something closer to a blueish side then white? Unless you guys think a 6k bulb is a clean look? I run 8k's in my EVO X MR and its a pretty crisp Blueish White. But I ask because I've noticed that the Hella Ellipsoid's seem to project the light (through the light housing) a bit different then others.

Just wondering what you guys would recommend. It is a daily driver, so it will be out where johnny law will see it on the regular. :)

Semi related: I wanted to buy an M-tech 2 EVO 3 suede steering wheel there for $270ish. I thought that was a pretty good deal so went ahead and ordered via paypal checkout. Anyway, a week later I get an email that my order will be cancelled unless I sign and email em both their invoice and my paypal receipt (why use paypal then?). I asked them why, and Leon told me it was for security reasons for any order over $250 which sounded pretty unconvincing since they already had my monies and just needed to ship me the fucking wheel. Alright that I can just deal with, however a couple of hours I get a notice of cancellation from them because my paypal shipping adress is not verified. The first time I have heard of this and I still have no clue on how to do this. I'm currently trying again, we'll see. But a strange way of doing business.

seems like its not an issue with them its a paypal thing. you have to have your address verified. check paypal and setup properly.

Really, just think of DDM this way: You have a 50% change of getting what you ordered, and it's a disposable HID kit. If you go into it with those expectations, you'll be happy.

It's a crappy was to run a company if you ask me.

I like Purchasing small things through them is where it is at, such as grilles, lights, lips, etc. and never had an issue. I myself wouldn't go for any of there suspension or "need to be reliable" parts or like they said it is definitely a 50/50

I got a set of DDM HID's for the e30 and had no issues, just took about 2 months to ship.

Recently I bought a pair of DJ auto e36 lights. They fog up when its wet out. Asked for a RMA & they told me to go pound sand.

I have their hid's and its all good. My two friend ran them after seeing
mine and they're still satisfied.

But this is the first time I seen pics of their coilovers and
dam that's fucked up.

if you guys have issues with shipping. i could pick up and ship ( im 15miles from DDM ) you would pay shipping and gas both ways but you would get it fast :D

I ordered a set of plug and play connectors for e36 ZKW's from them and they failed to send them. Just completely forgot about the order. When asked about the status of the order (after almost 4 weeks) they seemed annoyed they were being hastled to actually send an item that was paid for but said they had them in stock and would ship. 2 weeks later I get a tracking number, and not even expedited shipping after waiting 6 weeks for them to ship an in stock item. So, as others have said, there is no customer service.
