            Get the Bimmerworld Lifetime RSM's. They're beefier than stock (Z3 specs), and if they ever go bad, they replace them. That's what I have, I love them.

              T-stat, intake boot, valve adjustment, blower motor & resistor, hood latch cable, window motor, and the list goes on. There hasn't been a lot that was really a challenge, just time consuming i.e. springs/shocks, dash swap, heater core, timing belt. As far as easy mods go e36 window switch retrofit, it took me like 45 minutes go get both switches in.

                  Took me an hour to do my RSMs. My amp panel kept getting in the way. :angry:

                  Easiest real "job" is changing a headlight light bulb.
