Pierce Manifolds shows them on their website, application is for a Bavaria (M30) with 3 x 40dcoe.
I am assuming you want to go triple sidedraft? I have a pair of manifolds for a stock Bavaria which accept (2) 32/36 dgv carbs if you are interested in that route.

You can get single carb manifolds from BMW marine. They had M10's and M30's setup for boats.turk@gutenparts.com
