Do you have power steering still? I removed mine and my stock steering guibo had to much flex in it. I replaced it with a urethane one.

i still do have power steering. I dont think it is the rack because when I bought it he BMW tech inspected it and made sure there were no leaks... Hopefully all it needs is to be balanced under load.

...seriously? Tires have been getting balanced without load for decades. I can't imagine it being an issue. Strange shit happens all the time, I'm aware, but that seems like a stretch.

Start simple, dude. Check your air pressure. Swap wheels/tires front to back, check for play in steering components. You said you replaced "everything that needs replacing" What exactly did you replace? Chances are it's something simple.

Steering wheel shake != rear suspension.

Very serious! Yes, normal spinning of the tires with wheel has been done for ever but the more accurate way of doing it is using a Road Force Machine. And although it may be a stretch, it is still a possibility and would close to rule out a balancing problem.

                A tad more info here.

Jack car up, see how much play is in each wheel.

When I say I replaced everything I literally mean everything for the front end. I have also been under the car multiple times and have not seen any place in any of the wheels or components under the car. Trust me I have tried everything. I really hope that getting the tires balanced properly will be the solution.
