It sucks to have someone wasting your time when you list parts for sale, and even more when you're not even trying to sell anything.

While I can't agree with the OP's attitude after the first post or grammatical form, I can agree on feeling hurt over lost time.

If I go to sell something, I do so with the expectation that I will waste time with losers. However if someone approaches me with huge interest in my shit, I don't expect to be strung alone for a period of time only to get dropped.

Additionally, if it's a large enough financial decision that I have to consult my wife/kids about, and get them all excited for a new purchase, that just adds insult to injury.

The whole thing sounds close to a scam anyway. Any what e30Redline is doing may not be okay with his employer. Using employee discounts to make money usually isn't. But I won't pretend to know the exact circumstances there.

Personally I'm glad for the warning. If the dude ever approaches me wanting to buy anything from me, I'll be sure and set aside the time to waste, and in no way walk into it thinking there is a better than half chance of making the deal.

Hey guys, I hope everyone is doing well and the holiday went kool. I just wanted to speak on a currect member, which I stated above, he is such a waste of time. As we all know he made several post for WTT bbs rs/style 5's for apple products. So this is how things went down: I initailly advised him contact Levent kool guy maybe he can help you. E30redline replied " doen't want to trade" I figured worth a try to help him out. Furthermore, I then said keep trying and the said it will be hard bro. I have a set that would not even I wanto to sell. We kept in contact etc etc... then I get a pm. Bro your set would be ideal my car is alpine too etc etc... I the replied and said " I really don't want to sell my bro,but let me see what I can do" I will think abou it. To my self I said how does he know what I have ( he must have look through pass thread). About 3 days maybe went by and again another pm. " dude you don'y have to ignore me just say no if that is how you feel." I was confused,but replied " I am busy not ignoring you."


So I then get another pm " here is my phone number call or text" at this point I was more like dam bro you're pushing hard. So after a bit I sat with wifie and kids and said hey " you guys want a new laptop? etc etc.... e30redline and I went back and forth on what he offered. I then said I am down with this macpro i7 etc. We agreed he wanted pics ect., I sent him a couple. By this time maybe a week went by text, lots of them, so I got a little frustrated with him and said this. Look bro you want these wheels I didn't post a forsale etc so please understand that it becoming a headache. He replies like he has me on a leash and states " well forget it I tried" So I snapped and said " my time a precious bro and I hate to deal with bull... please don't waste my time and understand since you're offering a trade you may have to put out more. I am not the one whom needs to sell my rims although yes a laptop would be kool. He said sorry, I said kool let the pass be in the pass.


So went spoke again sent more pics gave details, I even said fuck it I will throw in the tires that way he just mounts them. He and I then agreed on laptop confirmed deal. I was even paying for freight. After some thinking and first issue, I said " hey let me send you pics of wheels clean" it had been raining in Cali so a bit dirty. He thought it was kool and asked, so deal is confirmed and said yes. We still made tripple sure deal set, he was to buy laptop today or Sunday. I decide to take whleels of to make some progress.


I also then said " let me send the guys new pics since he did ask on Thursday thanksgiving day " so I did then he asked are bolts rusting? I said no which bolts? he replied wheel bolts. I replied the ones holding 2pc together? if so no just since I live in Cali they kinda started to flake/zinc coming off, but one can get new bolts for 150.00 or so if you dislike.


He then replies and states " oh ok no thanks " I then became :hitler:. Are you meaning deal of? he replies yes. I couldn't help my self anymore I ripped him. After all we went through and you bring this shit up. I had told him don't waste your time or mine please??? he agreed. All is all this guy is a trip baware. For someone whom doesn't have the $$$ is way out on left field I say.


This is what was going to happen he charges his best buy card for lap top and pays monthly on that since he can't pay cash for wheels. My wheels are refinished polished lip, powder coated center BBS RC 090 style 5's, with low pro tires new. My only deal is this I never posted my wheels again he must of saw an old thread and loved them. My car has been sitting so its not like they have ware those whom know me personally know I am not with bull and respect others time and hate to waist time. I just don't understand if I askef for that why put me through all this crap even take wheels off and even send me to best buy site to choose laptop and do this crap?.....



Beware is all... be specific with him that way you don't waist 2 weeks of time with a person whom careless or has time to waste him self. I even advised him I could sell my wheels and just go pay cash for laptop,but since a member of r3v I think we both can gain from this.
