A cup holder, E30 M3 style front struts on all of them (don't care so much about 5x120, but it'd be a bonus), and E36/E46 style independent temperature control for the dash vents.

Really, it's the HVAC that I'd like. There's nothing better than warm air blowing on the legs with pleasantly cool air blowing in your face. I HATE breathing hot air.
