Feeler for engraved shift boots

I was thinking about doing a line of some engraved shift boots. They will be laser engraved so the etching will appear as a very dark brown/black. The only downfall is that they would all have to be light leather/light suede (i.e: no black leather) The etching will be much more visible on something that is a light color; white, tan, etc. I can do dark leather it will just be very subtle.

I am in need of ideas for what to engrave...

Something like: "S50 Power" or "BMW Motorsport" or maybe even your username ;) or "because racecar" haaaaa.

Pricing??? I'd say something like $25 shipped


What would r3v like? Is there any interest on this?

what is an "engraved shift boot" and if its like a monogram on there id like something like "money suck"

Basically a shift boot with an engraving somewhere on it. Most likely on the front (more towards the backseat)

It could be a saying or a word

I can also engrave a line drawing. Something like the Nurburgring outline....
