sorry about the delay, they're ground controls, I also have the IE subframe bushings (have fun removing your old bushings Gunni ;) ) um, I don't know if you care, but I have RD sways..

edit: pertaining to what grapedrink said, I'd get 450/600 if I could do it again. Also, if you are affiliated with a BMW shop, order through them.

I will be installing a new diff at the same time so it´s going to be cake :)
also polyurethane is easier to install :)

I was wondering about those E36 coilovers, as I've seen the kits on ebay for $80. Let us know what you find out.
