i really don't know shit about tires except for sizing.
i need a good DD tire that will last a good length of time, but still provide a good amount of performance.
some people have told me to go with falken azenis but i really have no idea.Comment

They are dumping them cause SCCA is going Hoosier for next season. NASA may follow... BTW these tires are FANTASTIC if you plan on going to the track. They last a fair amount on the street too...drove on a set daily for about 6 months.
I wore them on my turbo e30 when I was still 4 lug. Yes, 205s and 320whp. Very Very manageable. I made a lot of e46 and e90/2 m3 owners cry that day.Comment

I have this same size and they run very wide. They look identical in size and width to my friends 225/45/15 RS3's. I also daily drive on these tires. They rock in every way!Comment
