    I'm at the bars, and I drove my R888s on the street for around 10K as well. They are definitely heat cycled out.

    I got them to do some autocrosses but really, they're not great for that purpose. I got bumped into a higher class. They don't come up to temperature when it's cool outside. They'd be pretty good on hot days. I remember running a similar compound (RA-1s) on a hot day and I've never felt my car rotate so well.

        There are still some sellers on ebay that have them at a lower price.

            shoot, i was going to order a set this week once my paycheck cleared.

            guess i'll be running toyo t1rs in 205/50 or r1rs in 225/45. hmmm.
