I've only seen 1 set custom made, some crazy dude in europe made those in like 15x10 with a huge lip., that is definitely something to think about though.

These wheels would come with a hefty lip and I'm thinking +10 offset.
Straight 4x100 bolt on, no rings needed at all. At this time I'm only looking to see what a square set up would is like and at +10 offset you could still run spacers on the rears, if you desired.

You could do 4 lug if you want. The lips and barrels for them are not that expensive.

I kind of like the bottlecap idea. One piece, make it so the "spokes", if you can call them that, don't make the face stick out as far, 16X8ish et15...ish. Give it some lip, or else I think it would look a lot like a Ronal R10.

Or the 4x100 16X8 weaves. RML did it with the snowflakes for the VW guys. Those not only look great, but appear to be pretty good sellers.

Edit: I realized that I just repeated what everyone else has already said, but maybe that's some indication for the market...
