Hopefully this isn't a repost but that god awful version of a classic british show stooped to a new low when they absolutely destroyed a relatively clean looking ETA in their "what small car could replace a pickup" episode. Off roaded the living F#$k out of it, poured a ton of manure all over it and then put it out of its misery by making a monster truck out of it (which was actually mildly entertaining).

I hate it when shows trash cars that I consider classic. Mythbusters did it some years ago to a sweet little Toyota Corona that was in exceptionally good shape. :curse:

But seriously, it was an ETA. If anything, it gave the car more exposure, making it more desirable and slightly more expensive. Mythbusters also wrecked an E30, fwiw.

They aren't making them anymore.

They could have thrashed one that already had a shagged body on it. As a former Datsun 510 enthusiast, I can tell you they made millions of them too. But good like finding one that isn't rusted out or ghetto ass now that they're 40+ year old.
