I wouldn't refund you a dime. And I certainly wouldn't sell you anything if this is what I can expect. If $40 is enough money to you that it gets you this worked up then you need a different (cheaper) hobby.

eh it isnt a large amount of money but i will side with lolcantturn.
he did provide pictures, and it is the buyers responsibility to ask questions about what they are purchasing or ask for more photos,
lolcantturn isn't a bad man, he made a more than fair offer when he said to have fogs shipped back and money can be returned.

when things sound too good to be true they generally are, and it's your fault for not asking more about the item for sale.
he could care less about the condition, but he did not list it as good condition or working.
this doesn't make him a bad dude it makes you not very investigative nor observant.

yea i already mentioned i failed to ask questions its my main lesson here to not trust feedback 100% and to doublecheck. i purchased so many items here and have great transactions & i didnt think this was going to happen but lesson has been learned.

why would i spend more money out of pocket to ship these back BECAUSE OF HIS poor mistake of poorshipping & quality parts. which i WILL but im just stating because this is stupid im spending 10$ to ship back to get my 40$ back which puts me at 30$ & NO FOGS & had to deal w/ all this crap & opinions & time out my day on xmas EVE this is a joke.

yea i just thought it was pretty straight forward, fogs for sale they look good stated it had crack in 1 lens, so just assumed he got a new pair & this was his old set that someone can use and swap the lens & he wasnt tryna hassle w/ anymore.

didnt think anyone in there right mind would sell fogs that are damaged like these. but then again thats my fault for not asking & having faith in people to know when something is this damaged to at least state that other than tryna make it seem like these are just a working pair w/ only a cracked lens.

but like he said let the buyer beware on websites or anywhere 4 that matter.

Lolcant is a good dude and in my recent dealings with him there has been nothing that would give me the impression that he had any bad intentions with this deal. It always seems these threads have a well established r3v member vs someone with bad grammar and excessive caps. If he sends them back, id give him a refund, otherwise judging by the pics he should not have had such high expectations.
