BAVAuto Open Backorder w/BMW?

OK so what about UUC being back order? Ive been waiting on a set of swaybarbarians for over 2 months and have called them 4 times. Kept getting in production then in powder coat. Yesterday I got it will be shipped any day same as I got 2 weeks ago. It will be canceled monday if no emails come.

read Skifree's post. He seems to know how vendors work. A vendor is only as good as their communication. We all pull from the same suppliers so we should all be able to do a competent job. People will be amazingly patient if they are told whats going on. Customers will gravitate to wherever they are treated well

I'm not trying to invoke any hostility, but I stopped ordering from them years ago because of it. At least 2 times in particular, they didn't even inform me that the parts that were missing were backordered, they would just not be there, and not included on the invoice. I had to call them and ask where the rest of my order was before I found out that's why part(s) weren't in the box.

Honestly, cancel order now.
Support the smaller guys for same (or maybe even lesser) price such as Steve Blunt or Levent.
I mix it up between Blunt, Guten Parts, and Autohaus AZ

I ended up ordering it from Guten Parts. I paid more, but it was a euro plate filler, not the bavauto one with US holes. I just drilled holes in mine to mount the US plate mounting tabs through it.

Have never had a problem with Bavauto . Pretty good selection and prices. Get all my stuff next day. Great customer service. I had a backordered throttle cable. Came a week later. I dont really like their method of telling you its backordered VIA a piece of paper in your Box.
