Ok, so I am building a paint booth, for our business. My '95 525ia is getting its new paint this time next month. I have parked it so I can take it apart and prep it.

So I bought this:


I have decided to sell the 5er when it is done.

The Mercedes is getting a full respray as well. Along with four clears (three, then wet sanded, set and cleared. Should produce a VERY deep finish.)

PO installed 500e exhaust, springs (cut'em so I am buying H&Rs).

Euro headlights, and smoked tails are coming in the mail.

MB Quart componts on all for corners, RockF 12", ADP amps, one for the sub, one for the components. New HU (?)

Those are e430 wheels. 16"

Lemme know what you think and what else you would do...

MBs are cars that you drive, not really mess with. MHO. I woulnd't even do the suspension, just put fresh stock stuff in it

I never liked 430 wheels, monoblocks would look hot on there.

My friend Evan installed a CupKit (totally different than the E30 version) in his 190E, and it rides really nice.

The guy that I bought my car from had an 87 190e that he was going to try and turn into a 190e evo 2. it was black on black with black wheels and polished lips and a dark tint, looked bad ass with stock body on it I dont know if he ever got the evo 2 body kit or not though.

I would sell it and buy a BMW. unless you are happy driving grandpa style, which is cool too. i had a few benzes here, and couldnt conform, maybe when im 70 years old or so. they are very well designed tanks, not to much as far as performance driving, My favorite was my V8 500sel, fast as shit, but too heavy to go through the turns like a BMW. if you keep it, get some AMG 3pc. wheels

the MB's are designed for the audubon, plain and simple. Even the tanks will get up and go. That aside, that car looks pretty hot, and I wouldn't mind driving it at all. It looks real nice with the drop, even if the drop is pointless from a handling point of view.

Pretty nice. Ive considered a 190e that is for local sale, most likely I will be getting something newer if I buy a car. Got a buyer in the pipe for mine apparently.

Im not a "motivated" seller. Right now the offer is $12k but unless I just get fed up Im not budging unless it gets to the $15k territory. This guy has just been a bit on my case for a while now.

Im sure I will get flamed for that # but like I said I am not really "looking" to sell.

Like I said I'm not actually looking to sell, that is just the figure that would convince me to walk away from it. E30 M3s, in decent shape, pull $12k easily here (although I wouldnt be getting another E30).
