Let there be light.OE+ if there ever was
Sexy!
Honestly enough, just pulling your fenders and running all that crap in the fender well would solve a ton of that whole "clutter" thing. Since I have a shell with no glass, no dash (not one I am gonna use) no electricals to speak of and 2 complete '89 harnesses...guess what I am doing?
Try doing a fusebox relocation. I'd like to see it happen.Leave a comment:

I like mine being a mess. Having to do it again, I would go with M42 radiator and put air filter in cooling res spot.Leave a comment:

Although that looks amazing, I would not move 90% of what is in my engine bays. Battery? Sure. Other accessories? Probably not. They're there for a reason. Ease of access, insulation of heat/noise, etc. If I had a show car that literally only saw shows, it would be worth it. After all, I enjoy driving and working on my cars more than just looking at it.Leave a comment:

Moving the fuse box isn't impossible, but improbable. Not worth the effort IMO. There have been people who have semi-shaved their bay though. Josh (Janderson) has his pretty empty.Leave a comment:

Cleanest engine bays?

This picture got me thinking. Is it even possible for an E30 to have such a clean engine bay? Are there any examples floating around? I mean with the fusebox being an eyesore, the insulation, and random holes in the bay, can we have decent clean examples of bays? I mean I have a 24V with an M42 rad, but I still think my bay looks pretty noisy even with the wires tucked behind the motor
