What oil and octane fuel do you use?

I have looked into this and everybody has their own "expert" opinion, but I want to know what everybody on the forums personally uses.
-Oil wise BMW of Bellevue recommends 5W40 Synthetic, and Orielly/Autozone
    recommends 10W30 Conventional
-Fuel wise Bmw and owners manual recommend regular unleaded 87, while forum users say use supreme unleaded 92

Again, I'm not asking whats better (because there are already forums like that), but I wanna see what most e30 owners use.

    My current set up:
    Vehicle: 1990 325i
    Oil: Castrol GTX 10W30
Fuel: Shell or Chevron Supreme Unleaded 92

    89 Sedan

    Oil: 10w40
Fuel:87 ( the m20 does not require 92 unless you have a chip for it)

Also read this so you understand why.

The Eta and iS get Castrol GTX 20W-50 and 87 Octane.

The M3 gets Redline 10W-40 and 91 Octane minimum.

All the cars are essentially stock, although the eta has an -027 DME in it and a spare -027 with a Dinan Chip for when I'm feelin' froggy and don't mind a bump to 91 Octane.
