Awesome race, big congrats to nico for the race win. Very, very exciting race. I was so glad to see button, hamilton and even webber pull past vettel to knock him off the podium.

Gotta agree with bmw pulling out once cost cutting/capping took place and the way the fia wont let teams develop current engines, or really other mechanical components. Whats the incentive to a company that produces consumer cars.... The FIA has really ruined the whole point of F1.... a aerospace company now would have more interest/commonality then most auto manufac.... Still wish they had formed a breakaway series.

A Daimler shareholder has called on the German car giant to pull its works Mercedes team out of formula one.

Fund manager Ingo Speich, of the Daimler shareholder Union Investment, said at Daimler's annual general meeting that he is disappointed Mercedes has lost ground to road car rivals Audi and BMW.

"Mercedes is no longer the measure of all things in the premium sector," he is quoted as saying by Die Presse.

Speich referred to "a lost decade" for Daimler, and called on the company to follow BMW's recent lead and pull out of formula one.

His speech reportedly received applause from other shareholders.

Mercedes is the biggest formula one team yet to follow the likes of Ferrari, McLaren and Red Bull in signing a new Concorde Agreement beyond 2012.

That being said the rest of your post is stupid. Vettel worked his ass off from Toro Rosso to get into RBR, winning races in a non competitive, mid field car. He is one of the best out there and, with the exception of Alonso and Kimi, one of the few current drivers who can take a pile of shit and win with it.

After he got a taste of being the preferred driver/having the best car, he never looked back again. Now he's just going to turn into a prima donna and bitch and moan about "needing" a better car while doing the grown up thing and flipping middle fingers while driving. I'm the same exact way as you except the opposite. fuck vettel. I actually don't really care much for Hamilton at the moment, he was just one of my favorites a few years back and now I can't seem to pick a new favorite. Button sure is making a run for my new preferred driver though.

You can tell Vettel's not liking not having the BEST car out there. His little middle finger scene showed how unable he is to actually have to work to win a race.

I'm actually really glad that Vettel isn't the front-runner already. He is my favorite driver, and Red Bull Renault is my team, but last season actually started to get really boring. It's the same reason I stopped watching WRC when Sebastian Loeb (must be the name) was dominating EVERY SINGLE STAGE, it just got so boring. Of course I still want Vettel to win the championship again, but I'm really hoping that it will be super-close between the teams, I really like them all this year.

Except Louis Hamilton. FUCK HAMILTON.
