Lolz my bad, I've never owned/worked on/paid attention to eta's before. Pictures of them are scarce and the whole car looks sketchy, I jumped to conclusions.

yep icv. mines on the driver side with the connector pointing to the front of the car.

What about the go pedal cable seems to be going the long way around the engine bay.

Edit: Maybe it's an M20B20? The intake manifold doesn't look like it though.

the real question is how do you have 4k posts, and not know what an eta valve cover/icv looks like

That is an ICV, it is an eta. other models have a different icv and in a different location.
