Rant: my gripe with ARP.

Does the nut that fastens to the bolt have the shoulder?

The nut does not go down that far. It also sits on top of a washer in the same fashion as the OE bolts.

ARP is garbage! Customer service leaves a lot to be desired, the "blame the customer, user error" gets tired... Their shyt stretches, and they don't back them up. Go Raceware or go home. Just saying...
