Need your help for graduate research survey!

Hello, I am asking for your help participating in a survey for OIF/OEF (Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom "Afghanistan") vets and job satisfaction. I need both OIF/OEF and civilians who have never served in the Armed Forces. If you fit the bill please participate in this study. This research is for my Master's research study at Azusa Pacific University, Azusa CA. Your assistance would help me contribute to ongoing war veteran studies. This research is completely confidential and does not ask for any personal identification information. This survey and research is time sensitive and any help would be very helpful.
Please take about 5 minutes to complete the survey below. Your help would be extremely helpful for me.

Your responses will be completely anonymous. No one, including myself will not know what your responses were. Thank you so much for you help!
    Thank you.

Thank you all for your help. I met with my graduate reseach advisory board last night hoping to get ready to conclude the study. Unfortunately, I was told by my advisor that for validity reasons I need more participants. Since this is going to be published I have to have a sound participant number (150+ responses). Spread the word and share the survey with people you know. Thanks for your patiences.

Thanks PeteD. Six point likert scale helps to prevent participants from answering in the middle; forces participants away from neutral.
