If you haven't done so for a while, go out and give your jacks and jack stands a good inspection. Check that all the fasteners are tight, snap rings are present and tight, all cotter pins are in good shape, and welds are solid.
I was just putting stuff up after doing some work on the e30 and notice a loose allen head bolt on the cement...which came from my hydraulic jack. It was from one of the spreader bars underneath...and it sure made me pucker up a little bit. I went and checked the rest of the bolts, and a few of them were a little loose.
So, take a little time for safety soon and check your shit.
