                I would keep looking around. I mean if you watch Ebay, On here, and E30 tech you can find lots of really nice not huge fixer uppers for about 3000 dollars. I found a m50 motor swap in ATL georgia for 3000 with 100k on the motor. Just keep your eyes peeled would be my vote.

                Oh p.s. Go with the 325i or a 6 cyl motor swap. The 318 is fun and great, but if youre like me it will leave you wanting more.
