Wednesday morning, coming around a corner this lady in an SUV is driving toward me and.... actually the more I think about this I cannot believe how bad I got fucked. I could have sworn I was on my side of the road and and she was to far over. She sideswiped the front of my car and this happened. When the cop showed up he decided to think the accident happened in the middle of the road so it was no ones fault, and she even had a stop sign on her end. :-x Because no tickets were given I apparently cannot file a claim so no insurance money. The lady didn't even say sorry. I'm just mad because my car gets its fender destroyed and her SUV gets hardly a scratch. And being where I live in rural Iowa no local junkyards have any e30's for me to pull a new fender.

ouch, if it helps any i have a bumper ill sell to you and a fender you can have for free if you pay shipping. I don't think it has any dents but its rusted be hide the wheel arch. best to just cut your bottom corner and weld it to mine and paint ;)

That is really shitty. Were the roads covered in snow? If so that probably made the situation worse. Sorry to hear about that.

Yes the road was snow covered, you can see the shoulder a bit in the pic where I drove into after the hit. And that's what really gets me going is the cop said nothing about the sign, if she would have honestly stopped then she definitely would have been able to turn back to her side at such low speed on the snow. I think my torch might be getting some use, and she actually lives just two miles down the road! And thanks nomans you got a pm.
