anyway, back to OP. i bought an e30 because 1) they look sick. 2) alot of people think the only car scene is the JDM one. so i wanted to show people that there is a euro scene. and when i hang out with my other car friends. they all drive hondas and subaru, and evos, and im the one euro car that cruises with them. plus cops will pull over slammed hondas all night all day. but whos gonna pull over a bmw?? 3) they r pretty quick for an 80's car. they just feel slow because of all the modern cars they are today. i recently conviced one of my honda friends to try out and e30. he bought an 84 eta. and his stock eta pulls most of the hondas.

The E30 is pretty fast for its age i agree, and has the potential to be faster with a good swap. I bought this car to be my dd, a clean fun car to drive around, and as any car enthusiast, im constantly looking to better my ride.

I have owned a ton of vehicles, the latest one prior to my E30 was a 400+ hp 06 GLI.

It was fast enough to decimate most, right up until it blew a piston and the rod about cut the block in half.

Trust me, its not all about being fast.

With the right suspension, and a little boost I believe the E30 will be my favorite car yet. That or a cammed ls 5.3 motor with a t56. I don't know if I want to mess with boost anymore.

Oh, and you need NOS, the big one... Better make it 2, by tonight.
