unless you live in like, say....western colorado, this would have no use in your car. besides, are you planning to get an app for your iphone to look up the local altimeter setting every time you get in your car? without knowing this, it won't be accurate (possibly several hundred feet off) anyway. that one didn't even look like it had a kohlsman window to make that adjustment.

Hmm... Yeah, I think there is a spot in Grand Junction that goes from the bottom to the top of Colorado National Monument in something ridiculous, like 5 miles, but I'm too lazy to look it up. It is beautiful though.
