    Finally! 2 new e30's :)

Will post pics throughout the next week. Pick up an 88 325is alpine white with cardinal interior and a 87 325i vert parts car for $1780. The 87 has a motor that sounds like it came off the lot. Will be performing a 5-speed swap on the IS ghatll be coming from the vert. Any tips or suggestions while doing the swap or parts I might as well change while doing the swap such as (clutch, throwout bearing, guibo, center support bearing etc) lmk guys what your ideas are!

your 5 speed wont work without a clutch, so i would suggest changing that...

trans input seal, rear main seal, rear trans seals, shifter bushings, trans mounts.

i used this LUK kit, and it's complete with metal t/b and grease. some people love sachs, but well, that's a lifestyle choice.

How's that kit holding up? How do you drive? Cause I'm planning on keeping this thing for quite some time I don't want the TO bearing or clutch going out after 10k

something like 7 out of every 10 new manual cars comes with a LUK. they're a huge brand, just not really a household name. came with clutch, pp, t/o, pilot, align tool and grease.

Would you recommend me gettig the excedy or sachs since I'm keeping it? Is it worth paying double the price? An maybe different grip?

Alright so I finally got some pics.. Btw I pulled off the tint, but it was dark so no pics of that. Also did the plate filler, all red rear lights, and black IS spoiler (it was cracked so had to repair it). Will get pics soon.. This is just a few..

•The night I picked them up:

                  •Any good?:

I wish I had a pro camera to catch how much crap was all over the car, this is the lower valence, the whole car was almost as bad you can't really tell in the "Before" pics though

                  •After the wash:

                  •Didn't touch the interior yet:

                  •And a broken rocker :/

•Parts list look good for 5-speed swap? I have a complete 5-speed swap out of the vert, these are just replacement parts.. Let me know if you see something I should add:

if you wind up scraping the vert for parts, I'd like to know the condition of the interior front and rear seats...and possibly buy them off ya if you're interested.
