    Bmp rs1

I found this front bumper and valence on cl. And ive never seen it before and it would look great on my 90 cert but the 90 cert has early modelbumpers and I'm not sure hos to mount it.

If anyone has one id like some help on how to mount it

And ifu have any pictures please post

It's pretty much designed to replace early model bumpers.

unless it's in perfect condition, just pass. it uses cheap brackets that bolt to the stock bumper location and lag screws through the front of the bumper.

i have one. it's sitting in storage. next time im going up to NJ i'll be giving it to levent. just gotta make it up there.

It's just bent flat stock mounted to the bumper shock mounting points.

          -_- -_-

thats a strange looing mount but if its a direct bolt on im totaLY down. it body work was just done and it was primered. im getting my car resprayed in a few weeks so its perfect for me. even thoughi just picked up a 9/10 front is valence with all vents fogs and air ducts for $20 and a free set of [][] grilles

You are going to want to add a reinforcing strip between the mounting points, preferably a folded C channel out of some 18 gauge steel. That will help give it some support if someone hits you or if you get a light tap.

Ill have to see what I can fab up. But I think I can salvage the metal strip the runs behind the diving board

Cant you just use the carrier pt #8 in pic below as reinforcement? May need to do some cutting here and there but I don't see any problem with doing so since that front kit looks to be molded from a PB bumper.
