My old car, RIP (fucking Altima). 95 with OBD-I S52, OEM LTW Splitter, Turner rep LTW spoiler, PSS9's, BBS RC's, and euro 6 speed. Ended up being the donor for my e30, but I've never been in a car that was so stable at speed.

The day after I got her, on stock suspension that was completely blown.

One of the last pics, after suspension and before ZKW's were installed.

It only looked good in pictures. Workmanship was piss poor in real life.

I think Dakar is one of the raddest colors for an e36 m3. The black roof on this one is cool, would be awesome if it was legit CF, but can't make it out from the picture. Not sure how I feel about the widebody versions posted.

if I remember correctly it was hit when parked.

Did the other car take off?

I like his taste, did he do another car with the proceeds from this one?

beauty is in the eye of the beholder I guess. I don't mind, and even like, looking at pics of dakar e36's on the internet.

I would never want to step out of one.

When s2000's first came out I remember riding around in my friend's spa yellow one and hating the attention it got. I'm an oem+ guy, I just want wheels and a drop. Don't need a blinding color.

All that aside your 535i looks great. we have a 535is I thought about buying but when I gave it a second glance it needed too many little things

Dakar yellow is a great color -- very evocative of when these cars first came out. Now E46 Phoenix yellow on the other hand.. :barf:
