I think you're on the right track Mr TeaBagger.

It looks like one of those small (Toyota maybe) Dually pickup frames with an E21 nose on it, but it also looks like the rear portion of the cab is from a small king cab pickup truck.

Hard to tell from the pics, but definitely unique and cool as hell IMHO.
