      So, there is no way of integrating a lock to the rack? There has got to be something that we could use to lock it. Otherwise, there's no point in even using it! I want to actually put my bike up there without it getting stolen.

            Well i bought one, i'm either going to do wood planks and try to figure out how to mount three bikes to it or buy some of these, (i like the look of wood much more) http://www.ebay.com/itm/Wholesale-Lo...item3373d36915

              Does anybody know if these would work with the Yakima and/or Thule bicycle racks....? Or do they make mounting products specifically for this rack?

              Early models do it better.

                    Well I replaced the crossbars with wood and put wood slats on mine so I can't really tell you how well the metal bars have held up. Other than some fading, the feet have held up pretty well.

                          Thanks for the offer man! Its all good though...these are much cheaper than any other bars so i think im just gonna swoop a set anyways. Im not putting anything too heavy on top, just a surfboard so shouldnt be a problem. :-D

                              Yupp. Thule fairings bolt to the cross bars, which I would assume these are the same size. If not, you could easily make custom mounts.
