Yeah, the floods were pretty bad but we were good. The street in front of us didn't have an inch of flood! Though about two blocks down, the water was about 2 feet deep! During the last major flood, back in 2009, our location didn't suffer any floods either. Floods are regular occurrence so we made sure our shop location was flood free. :)Comment

Sure! I'll work on getting a few stickers for you guys and we can do a trade. I'd love to get my hands on a BMWCCA sticker for my car! My car is a USA version after all! Right now the club doesn't have any stock of the stickers but they're printing new ones. As soon as I get my hands on a bunch, I'll let you guys know and we can arrange for a swap!Comment

Big brother is watching!
A new feature we just added to the shop. CCTV system! Now customers can be rest assured that their cars are being worked on with the utmost care and attention!
The whole system is still in it's testing phase but we're also working on piping the video feeds to our website where customers can go to, log on and watch their car being worked on from the comforts of their own home. We figured this would be a great step for us to offer another level of quality service for our customers.

They knew about the planned CCTV system the day we interview them for the job, so they went in eyes knowing. Also with the currently workshop culture that we've established and the open window concept that we have for the shop, the CCTV system wasn't anything new for them and it's business as usual. ;)Comment

I think it's brilliant actually. The auto service profession already has a bad rap due to the unscrupulous practices of some shops. Transparency is a must in order to "win back" the trust of the car owners. Forward thinking like that can only result in good things, IMHO.Alvin Caragay

In the meantime, I'm sure this would be something you would be interested in, this would be ARC's first official sponsored race! We're hoping to make this an annual thing. Hopefully ARC's race car and racing team would be ready for next year's event! We're bringing back that old 80s DTM rivalry!
