Will this work to remove the fan clutch?

I need a 32mm wrench for upcoming projects, and this seems to be one of the nicer/cheaper ones on eBay

Is it too thick though?

or should I get this cheaper looking style of wrench? I guess quality doesnt matter THAT much... dont use it that often! lol

i bought a big craftsman for $30. truck wrench.

works just fine, but it it is a BIT tight. i just knock it with a rubber sledge and off it comes.

I only ever use a thin fan wrench if I also have a holding tool of some sort. If not just grab a regular 32 mm or even a 1-1/4" which might be easier to find, and just whack the thing with a hammer

I just use a 32mm I got in a big ass set from harbor freight. Little tight, but works a charm. I can promise you the HF one is thicker than the one in the first ebay link you posted. Even though that picture looks really, really photoshopped.

i used a 32mm bicycle wrench, screw driver trick didn't work for me i borrowed my local euro shops pulley lock style wrench.

I used just a normal crescent wrench and a few whacks with a hammer. It fits and worked great.

Used a wrench that was too big for the job, and still managed to get it loose...why is this a hard thing for some people?
