I just use a 32mm I got in a big ass set from harbor freight. Little tight, but works a charm. I can promise you the HF one is thicker than the one in the first ebay link you posted. Even though that picture looks really, really photoshopped.Comment

i used a 32mm bicycle wrench, screw driver trick didn't work for me i borrowed my local euro shops pulley lock style wrench.Comment

I used just a normal crescent wrench and a few whacks with a hammer. It fits and worked great.Comment
