My 02 sucks a ton of oil through the valve guides, but other than that not much is wrong.

Mine too...Btw the motor is a M10 still going strong!
They wanna charge something close to 400$ to get it fixed here.
I think its an insane amount of money so I ll leave it alone.
Oil consumption is around half a lt every 3.000 miles anyway.
(Does it get worse and cause serious issues if I just let it be?)

Apart from that all is ok with the 26 year old bimmer.

Fixed today. Old fuse was just holding on enough to show me 12v. Once there was a load it would drop to 1v. Over the summer it was better it dropped to 7v. New fuse and viola. God bless that ETM.

edit** just talking with the Matco guy who used to be a ford tech. He says techs will pull access power off that bus to run things with the car off so maybe the progs have opened up.

battery tray needs a trim to clear the wastegate mount; it rubs at WOT.
downpipe hits the shock tower brace on hard left turns. Don't know how to fix this yet...
Runs hot, likely because the expansion tank just started leaking, and the coolant system no longer holds pressure.

i forgot to hook up my driver side turn signal last time i removed the front bumper
cruise control stopped working
interior dome lights dont light up
hvac back lights are out
i bought the new bulbs but haven't gotten around to it
temp sensor gauge needs to be replaced
i put in a crack free dash a few months

my euro plate filler rubs on the trunk key tumbler.
my driver side low beam is held on with zip ties and the guy i bought a set of smiley ellipsoids is lagging like a mother fucker.

i have all black door panels
and tan front seats

Mine needs a few necessary things:

Fuel pump that's sitting installed.
Upper rad hoses.
New exhaust (that I'm still waiting to hear about)

Everything else is cosmetic:

New DS front fender
New paint
Reupholstered driver seat (Why's houndstooth a bitch to find?!)
Shift/e-brake boot (coming soon)
Rear headrests
Euro bumpers (Good luck finding those on a budget)
New antenna
Rewrapped steering wheel
...And pretty much everything else I want to do with it.
